We are seeking a well experienced Salon Manager for our salon based in Sharjah



Our salon is a full service beauty lounge and spa located in a villa in Sharjah. Offering luxurious affordable services under one roof, covering a full range of nail care, hair care, cosmetology and spa services.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


The Salon manager’s, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage operations of the salon facility, including planning so that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently

• Responsible for supervising, recruitment, performance reviews and progressive action for all colleagues within the salon

• Promote and sell customized spa programs to customers and create a brand image in the market

• Promote all spa packages and promotions and identify new business and marketing opportunities

• Assist in the Implementation of public relations program, i.e. calendar of events, media etc., and work with the PR Department in all aspects of Spa promotions as required. Marketing the spa services through twitter, Instagram, facebook etc

• Maintain thorough knowledge of latest global beauty trends, competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotion and sales techniques

• Manage the financial accounts, analyze the sales performance and report to the owner while suggesting potential improvement based on customer feedback
