1. Organize and manage the Safety department of company.
2. Plan and implement the Prevention of Labor Risks defining structures, functions, procedures and documentation and ensure the necessary resources are in place.
3. Define the Annual Risk Prevention Plan, conduct a cost - benefit analysis of potential improvement Actions.
4. Advise the management regarding the actions necessary and integrate and implement the Prevention Plan throughout the organization, in line with the appropriate legislation on Safety and Health matters
5. Establish procedures to create plans and/or studies (of Safety and Health) of the processes, for the benefit of the Branches and Engineering managers.
6. Analyze the accident statistics and propose improvement actions to KG management. Maintaining a systematic record of all relevant safety matters for review by the company's safety representatives.
7. Coordinate Medical Services related to employees
8. Organize and manage Safety trainings
9. Manage all the safety, environment issues on the project
10. Assists the field managers to implement a safe behaviour management process, encouraging employees' involvement, to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment.
11. For project specific, planning & estimating the resources for HSE.
12. Attending meeting with client for HSE requirement of the project.
13. Auditing various substation & sites as per OHSAS 18001 system environment.
14. Guiding all the sub-contractors to induce an incident free environment.
15. Conducting HSE review meeting to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE performance at the work site.
16. Check the compliance of legal requirement implemented in the site.
17. To be given special training for all site personnel like as LOTO (Lock out Tag Out), Machine room etc.
18. Conducting the HSE Site safety Walk around with Project Managers/General Manager.
19. Training the Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians by means of HSE training program and Activity tool box talks.
20. Provide all mandatory PPEs to site job employees in accordance with the corporate PPE guideline
21. Analysing all near misses and first aid cases and come out with corrective action to eliminate future occurrences.
