Reviewing QA/QC Plans and Method Statements;

Reviewing contractor risk schedules as per cost/time/co-ordination factors;

Undertaking Internal Audits. Preparing Internal Audit reports and contractor QA audit reports.

-

Liaising with External Auditors during ISO audits and maintaining ISO requirements;

-

Undertaking random factory visits to ensure QMS compliance, to maintain balance between Client requirements and Contractual obligations.

-

Raising of Internal NCRs & implementing best industry practices for continual improvement;

-

Monitoring Non Conformance Reports and assisting Project team for closeout with Consultants.

-

Raising of Internal NCRs & implementing best industry practices for continual improvement;

-

Monitoring day to day functioning of QA Engineers/Inspectors, Inspection schedules;

-

Liaising with consultants for recurring issues and proposing adequate measures

-

Providing/assisting with necessary BS, ASTM and other necessary standards

-

Ensuring that the Consultants/Contractors QA/QC activities are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Contract

-

Assist AARP in achievement of Quality & Integrity of Build

-

Promote achievement of the Quality Policy and Objectives

-

Assist and support the Project Manager to achieve his contract objectives

-

Promote the Quality Policy & Objectives and ensure compliance to Quality Management

-

Take overall responsibility for the satisfactory surveillance of all inspection and testing activities provided by the Consultants/Contractor in accordance with the project quality documents

-

Develop performance criteria and ensure expectations are being met

-

Determine, track and report QC related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

-

Communicate all potential quality-related risk and improvement issues to the Project Manager

-

Submit weekly discipline report and provide other accurate/timely input to various project reports

-

Ensure that the Consultants/Contractor QC related Action Items are addressed and closed in a timely manner

- Lead and/or coordinate weekly QC meetings with Consultants/Contractor and Project team.
