• Works constantly within the market to keep abreast of ‘best practice initiatives’, HR trends & to identify effective third part suppliers for various HR services where necessary.
• Submit monthly reports, general information and recommendations to Managing Director.

A reputable, Abu Dhabi based property and lifestyle development company, part of a large, privately owned conglomerate, is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Development Manager to join its growing Development Management team.
The Senior Development Management includes a range of tasks and processes which seek to ensure that the completed development meets the criteria set by corporate strategy at its initiation.
The Senior Development Manager has the responsibility to lead mutiple, medium to large scale, strategic and/or complex development projects from inception to completion which will involve the management and coordination of multi-disciplinary internal and external consultants and stakeholders to achieve the required project outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the incumbent has responsibility for value creation, maintenance, enhancement and delivery of such value and development risk analysis, mitigation and control for his/her portfolio outcomes.
In addition, the incumbent will have a central development functional responsibility for overall coordination of separate asset streams specific to their skill set whilst supporting the Director of Development on overall strategic development management initiatives.
Key drivers include the management of financial returns, risks, cost, time, quality and design of the overall development and therefore creation, enhancement and delivery of value.
The role will also involve the management of Development Managers, Development Surveyors, Graduate Surveyors and Under-graduate trainees through the creation of appropriate training plans to support continued professional development and RICS accreditation training.

Interaction and Reporting

Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly to all Service customer enquiries, communications and requests.

Communicating with other staff:

Qualifications, Training and Experience
