You define and implement an efficient and impactful strategy for PR and Communications in line with Accor Corporate communication strategy and plan at Paris Headquarter and with the local LUB strategy.
o For the Sofitel, Pullman and M Gallery brands
o For the LUB Middle East properties (local press and international press)
• Development of sustainable and productive relationships with media and partners
• Piloting the communication strategy and implementation with the PR and communication regional relays and dedicated teams in the hotels of the region.
• Assisting Sofitel and M Gallery hotels in setting up the “storytelling” related activities
• Working with the network of international PR agencies as per the regional and brands priorities
• You are also responsible to maintain the brand identities integrity in all communications supports and media
Partnerships & Events Communication
• Creating, organising and coordinating the high end b2b, press, media events for the network in the region in line with Global LUB Communications and partnerships strategy
• Organising special events as per the regional media plan and priorities
• Implementing and rolling-out of global partnerships as per strategic plan
Corporate Communication
• Be the first point of contact for all PR and Communication activities for the hotels, the brands and HO initiatives.
• Be the point of contact for the HO dedicated PR agency. Ensure a successful collaboration in line with requirements. Evaluate the performance and review relationship if necessary.
• Developing the annual PR & Communication plan for the region in line with global communication plan
• Reviewing and approving of the annual hotel PR and Communication plans
• Relaying and follow up of the implementation of corporate actions in the hotels
• Maximising the market exposure for existing and up-coming properties
• Developing, building and driving the PR & Communication platform for the regional and hotel initiatives through a schedule of quarterly reviews and the creation of key linkages with creative agencies, PR and media partners.
• Managing all agreed upon corporate sponsorships and corporate affiliations, maximizing the return for the regions and the hotels.
• Reviewing and driving the pre-opening PR, Communication and advertising plans for new hotel openings in the region and validates the PR and Com campaigns.
• Ensuring the implementation of each brand advertising and collateral materials guidelines
• Managing the participation of Accor Middle East in regional tradeshows (ex. ATM, AHIC) and corresponding media coverage
