Responsibilities :
• Standardize payroll process across the group and insure highest level of confidentiality and accuracy
• Participate in salary survey practices and benchmarking
• Assist in developing grading system and maintain company’s salary structure
• Create and maintain HR database and develop & maintain personnel record systems
• Participate in developing up-to-date HR policies and Employee Handbook creation
• Monthly/quarterly HR reporting (actual HC VS Planned, attrition, attendance/absenteeism ratio etc.)
• Assist in HR budget creation
• Participate in annual salary reviews, increments, and promotion
• Establish and communicate internally, the company’s reward management system (employee of the month/year …etc.)
• Deal with the medical insurance provider and suggest alternatives
• Assist in insuring factual performance review is conducted and reported to top management in a well-designed format
• Issue job offers, employment contracts, PCAs, salary certificates etc.
• Maintain employees’ files, original documents, and records
• Insure efficient attendance and leave monitoring system
• Handle the process of contract and PCAs renewal.
• Standardize and speed up the process of on-boarding formalities with MOL/Immigration (on-line when applicable)
• Supervise all PROs activities across Imdad
• In-charge of KPI’s related to Comp & Ben and Employee Relation
