Visual Merchandiser



Reports to: Brand Manger



Accountable for :



Achieving an elevated visual merchandising presentation that results in captivating in-store experience

Ensuring VM standards are consistent across all territories as per the brand directive.

VM Training workshops and support for the Store managers / store in charge / VM specific associate.

Key coordination point between Stores and HO team planning team on marketing relevancy / product feedback / availability issues.

Identifies any concerns related to POS material and related opportunities



The Role:



This position is responsible for ultimately maximizing sales and profitability through effective implementation of all corporate visual directives and ensuring consistency across stores pan gulf.

 Execute corporate marketing, visual directives and strategies as directed

 Assist the AM’s with the planning and coordination of visual and marketing objectives

 Executes projects as directed including store openings, events & promotions with the coordination of store management

 Coordinate and optimize the use, maintenance and storage of fixtures, props and marketing

 Develop imaginative ideas and strategies to create visual appeal in merchandising

 Maintain an inventory of fixtures, signage, props, and additional merchandise are organized and ordered as needed

 Support the store teams with education around launches, planning and zoning

 Conduct structured store visits followed up by reporting

 Identify opportunities

 Keep abreast of the competition VM

 Key coordination and feedback with the HO planning team related to Launches and planning

 Key coordination and feedback with the marketing manager on store opportunities, mall opportunities & print quality and installation
