Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Manager, Government is expected to build, develop and maintain customer relationships at the CEO level as well as with IT and Business Decision Makers to demonstrate commitment to helping customers solve challenges and improve their business outcomes. Accounts include Government Entities in Abu Dhabi Emirate.

This role is dedicated to the following:

- Generating, forecasting and closing software, services, Solutions and Mobile revenue opportunities

- Driving customer deployment and adoption of the company's Solutions and increasing Customer Satisfaction

- The Senior Account Manager, Government is responsible for achieving quarterly and Yearly sales targets via strong account management, opportunity creation, defining strategic targets, excellence in activity planning as well as managing the sales cycle and forecast in their accounts.

- In order to effectively manage the business and cross-team collaboration, the Senior Account Manager, Government will need to develop unique Business Strategies and an Execution Plan while coordinating and leading a multi-disciplinary group of resources at the same time.

It is expected that the Senior Account Manager, Government will deliver:

- Increased customer commitment through the creation of compelling customer business value statements which enable higher renewal revenues through organic growth and newly attach solutions. This also drives higher penetration rates for company's solutions, and

- Be a leader using references and showcases to drive strong alignment between the company and the customers’ business priority Strategic Sales Planning/Value Selling

- Deliver strong growth by exceeding defined targets for revenue growth, annuity growth, opportunities and Customer Satisfaction in this segment. Must be able to articulate and sell the value of the company's solutions to the customer.

- Ensure overall targets as defined in Fiscal Year Commitments are met or exceeded including overall opportunity generation, pipeline revenue, closed revenue, strategic Solutions targets, and market share/ compete targets.

- Prepare and meet forecast accuracy targets and pipeline metrics as measured in Microsoft CRM opportunity management toolset.

- Qualify and facilitate the execution of revenue opportunities. Leverage and coordinate other specialist, services and partner resources, inside and external to company, to further develop the solution and bring the opportunity to closure.
