Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discusses budgets with Technical Manager, follows up budgets results and reports them as to what extent budgets have achieved their targets.• Supervises Dry-Docking plans and work list with the assigned superintendent.• Follows up vessel’s requisitions, Store and Spare parts and controls the flow of parts supplies in form of Quantity and Quality as laid down in the budgets. Emergency works/ supplies are treated as needed. • Approves vessels requisitions submitted by Superintendents after confirming its consistent with company’s purchasing system. • Supplies ships with Lub Oil, Spares and stores at the most appropriate time and place. • Investigates reputable contacts for the supply of stores and spares to company managed vessel.• Executes spare parts requisition and supply.• Executes stores /provision requisition and supply.• Studies offers in order to identify the best offer before approval is given.• Assist the Purchase Supervisor in other tasks as requested
