Production target

1. Shall be responsible to achieve target production, given by the management

Man power & Machine

2. Shall be responsible for optimum utilization of the manpower/Machinery

Raw Material

3. Shall be responsible to organize all the raw material and keep the optimum inventory level to meet the planned volume

4. Shall be responsible to prepare and give the daily production plan to the production supervisor a day in advance.

Safety

5. Shall be responsible to implement the safety norms as per the guidelines

6. Shall be responsible to participate in the interplant competition like best plant in respect to cleanness, production, safety & plantation etc

Stoke report

7. Shall be responsible to submit the stock report at the end of every month

Permissions

8. Shall be responsible to maintain the legal documents, like permission from government, RP for the staff so that whenever it is required to be renew, it can be communicated to the legal department.

9. Shall be responsible to coordinate with maintenance team for the preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns

10. Shall be responsible to deliver the right quality (in consultation with the technical people) and quantity to customer on time and maintain the good relationship with them.

11. Shall be responsible to submit the report of optimum manpower requirement per shift basis

12. Shall be responsible to do the appraisal for his subordinates and submit the same.
