Implementation and Management of Quality Policy

a. Apply & follow the 2 M.S. ( Quality Management system as per I.S.O. 9001.2008 Standards/norms on products and processes

b. Ensures compliance to Technical Certification and Regulation environment

c. Develops and implements Quality Manual and Quality Procedures

d. Analyses QC results & track Quantity & Quality for concrete and raw materials .Implements corrective actions

e. Generates weekly and monthly reports for the GM and Plant manger.















Optimization of mix design and raw material costs



a. Responsible for mix designs cost reduction (design + optimization).

b. Select, characterize and validates raw materials sourcing

c. Prepare the mix designs in accordance with the current Concrete Specifications and standards or job specific specifications

d. Responsible for the development and implementation of supplier raw materials agreements within the local regulation and consistency and regularity Policy

e. Reports to General manager : Top 10, cost tracking and KPI’s

f. Responsible for implementation and correct use of quality programs:

● Quality control on raw materials and design of new mixes

●Management of concrete test results

● Management of mix designs database
