Develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
Utilize marketing trends and implement strategies to generate new business and drive sales.
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
Communicate with the bank/s in relation to L/C, Guarantees, etc.
Interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Plan and conduct quality management system audit.
Collect customer feedback by conducting customer satisfaction survey and analyzing data and reports.
Responsible for handling all sort of sales activities.
Visit customer in order to activate the sales deal.
MUST have full detail of the product, Mix designs, specs, etc,
For the purpose of Retaining the customer - visit / Call customer to provide best After sales services.
Coordinate with Plant Manager for finalizing the orders.
Coordinate with QC Engineers in case of any special product requirement.
Incase of any rate negotiation with customer coordinate with General Manager to get Revise rate to quote.
Evaluate the budget for the next year with plant manager.
Follow-up with customer to get all necessary documents to process the order.
Use Customer Evaluation Form to get service / production-quality feedback from customer
