• Responsible for the investigation of global carriers’ marketing research, and looking for opportunities for operating consultancy and new business model development；

• Provide support for major VAS cooperation bidding projects, including participate in senior customers’ meetings and presentation, contract negotiation and risk analysis;

• Provide support for Due Diligence exercise, Transition and operation preparation;

• Lead VAS operation team with interpreting policies, strategic planning, product design order procedures & interfaces and suggestions for day-to-day operation process reengineering, leading to successful delivery;

• Lead VAS operation team to evaluate operation results with operation data analysis and user behavior analysis, to summarize and improve the effects of VAS product design and marketing promotion plans;

• Assist cooperation team to establish partners’ ecosystem, communicate with CP/SP/OTT Partners, Agency, Developers and Corporation Partners for the value chain construction.
