The role



A key member of our Dubai team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for queries and provide assistance where required. Expect to be kept busy! Tasks will range from managing interview schedules and handling calls to maintaining records and uploading requisitions and candidate records on to our system. You may also have the opportunity to work on some research projects, including market trends and legislative matters.This critical role will form part of the Middle East & Africa Talent Acquisition team based in Dubai, supporting hiring transactions across the region, including French speaking Africa (French language a plus, but not essential as all employees are required to speak fluent English), Near East & Pakistan. You will mostly face off with recruiters based in Dubai, Cairo and to a lesser extent, Karachi. You will be part of a fast past, dynamic team of recruitment professionals who support hiring in to over 30 countries, from Russia to Australia.





Accountabilities



• Support recruiters with filing and ensuring business records on the talent acquisition system are compliant and up-to-date

• Interact with current, provide updates as to their application, manage official communications

• Interview scheduling & room booking

• Support with local & regional reporting of hiring metrics

• Research in to local market trends and contribution to a regional market intelligence report

• Support with ad hoc talent pooling requirements
