Retains existing and attracts new customers and grow a profitable business for Premier segment by developing and strengthening the relationship management with Premier customers. Identifies and meets customer requirements through providing distinctive products and superior customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction in a cost effective manner. The jobholder can contribute to the achievement of increased growth in the customer base, improved retention of Premier accounts and enhanced profitability. The jobholder will provide personal attention to develop relationships with VIPs and top HNWIs, dealing sensitively and professionally with their requirements and acting quickly to resolve problems. The jobholder interacts with Business Managers, Branch Network, Investment Management, Treasury, Advance, Private Bank Group in HSBC and HBME and externally with HNWIs, VIPs, and key clients holding important positions in the Government department.
