· Ensure appropriate documentation of all consulting deliverables are appropriate and as per the scope defined for the customer.

· Ensure appropriate archiving & retrieval of all consulting deliverables.

· Responsible for all activities surrounding the delivery of services, successful implementations, and overall client satisfaction for ISO20 & ITIL consulting / training projects.

· Work closely with Sales to identify a consulting opportunity in their accounts.

· Responsible for defining the Scope of Work & deliverables of the Consulting engagement in all proposals & RFP.

· Negotiate with customers/prospects along with Sales teams involved.

· Actively contribute to and establish business developments plans for ISO20 consulting services.

· Contribute to other solutions from Intertec as a byproduct of the consulting engagement

· Acts as Delivery Team member, in a billable role whenever required.

· Achieve team & personal billing / utilization targets

· Achieve objectives set by company regarding bookings & project performance
