· Ability to handle Call monitoring.

· Research required information using available resources

· Provide personalized customer service of the highest level

· Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer

· Handle and resolve customer complaints

· Follow up with responsible entities to resolve /answer customer enquiries / questions/complaints/requests

· Provide customers with product and service information

· Process orders, forms and applications

· Identify and escalate priority issues

· Route calls to appropriate resource

· Assist Call Center operators in managing Customer requests/Complaints

· Follow up customer calls where necessary

· Complete call logs

· Complete call reports

· Punctuality.
