Job description/Role:

Support Sales activities: liaise with Client Account Leadership, monitor pipeline of opportunities, handle demand for Pre Sales / Solution Planning effort, provide SME support to opportunity origination/qualification

Support Growth of Delivery Capability: monitor Demand of delivery capacity/capability against pipeline of opportunities and running projects, support Delivery team growth (hiring plans, training plans, …)



Digital Knowledge / Content Management:

User Experience Management: User Experience prototyping and design, Interaction design, Visual design, cross/omni-channel design, testing & usability, real time integration

Digital Content Optimization: dynamic landing page design, A/B - multivariate and segment based testing, backlink management, search engine optimization, paid search - bid management integration

Web Content Management: Web site/CMS/Portal platform design and implementation, Data & Content migration, Back-end integration, Roll-out design and execution

Web Content Production: Digital content production, Template creation, Content localization

Knowledge of major CMS/WCMS suites (at least one known in-depth): Adobe CQ5, SDL Tridion, Oracle CX WebCenter, SAP Open Text, Sitecore

Knowledge of major Portal suites (at least one known well): IBM WebSphere, Microsoft Sharepoint 20xx, Liferay.

Knowledge of Open Source WCMS platforms (at least one familiar with): Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla.

Integration with Commerce/Marketplace: hybris, Oracle ATG, Demandware, IBM Commerce

Integration with Social networks, Social listening and Sentimental analysis

Integration with web analytics (e.g. Omniture, …), marketing analytics (e.g. Endeca)

B2C/B2B processes and related Enterprise Architecture knowledge e.g. Configuration, Pricing & Quoting (CPQ), Product Catalogue Management, Order Management, Offering Engine, Campaign management, CRM, Lead Management, Store Locator, Marketing Automation



Technical background:

Java Architecture, scripting and frameworks (J2EE, jquery, ajax, MVC, Struts 2, Spring, ...)

Middleware & Integration Architecture, SOA/ESB design and implementation - e.g. IBM WebSphere/MQ, TIBCO, SAP PI

Application & Data Base Servers (IBM WebSphere, Bea WebLogic, Oracle RDBMS, …)

Technical Architecture implementation for large scale Enterprise (scalability, availability, …)

Performance Engineering (performance testing, capacity planning, online vs batch processing, …)

User Interface implementation: HTML/CSS, responsive design including frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap), HTML5/CSS3

Mobile Application implementation: hybrid implementation/HTML5 vs. native implementation (iOS, Android)

Project methodology: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
