1. Review the Baseline Programme and establish time and cost control requirements

2. Review programme updates against the Baseline Programme

3. Develop, monitor and update the delivery programme periodically as required

4. Advise the Planning Manager on the time impacts of instigating change requests

5. Provide inputs to the Progress Reports

6. Maintain a critical path master schedule

7. Review and analyze proposed construction schedules

8. Ensure schedules are coordinated and consistent with the overall project schedule

9. Produce forecasts schedules on regular basis

10. Provide information on schedule performance and alert the project team on issues that may cause delay and propose recovery scenarios

11. Produce S-curves and statistical analysis diagrams

12. Compare the planned resources with actuals on site
