• Execute both quantitative and qualitative in house research and analysis

• Involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote IFP Group services

• Involved in planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, and research

• Setting plan, implementation and follow of IFP Group activities and projects

• Involved in the all the Project Cycle of assigned IFP exhibitions

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, especially Project Manager, Marketing Manager, Local Sales Team, International Sales Team, Copywriter, Designers and all concerned parties

• Involved in the preparation of the Marketing Plan of exhibitions with Deputy Manager, CMO, Marketing Manager and PM

• Prepare the Communication Plan of project with the concerned Project Manager

• Prepare Sales Campaign in coordination with Copywriter and Project Manager

• Prepare database of visitors and VIP strategy for visitors

• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, catalogues, and visitors booklets; coordinate with copywriter, designers, and PM

• Conducting online surveys for Visitors and Exhibitors; analyze data, and prepare post show report

• Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues

• Exploring customer opinions by visiting their stands during the exhibitions

• Making sure projects deadlines are met

• Managing media campaigns such as banners, websites (articles, press releases, ads) and social media like Twitter and Facebook

• Responsible of updating website with all exhibition details such as data, sponsors logo.
