Our clients, one of the leading banks in Bahrain are seeking to hire 3 IT Systems Analysts for their operations in Saudi Arabia on a 12 month extendable contract. This would be a genuine opportunity to work with one of the leading banks apart from earning a tax free income in a growing economy.



Candidates should be immediately available or have a maximum notice of 4 weeks.



Stated below are the requirements:

- 3+ years, experience support retail banking production applications and solutions e.g. Core Banking (FlexCube), Retail Channels (Internet / Mobile Banking), CRM, ATM/Switch, Contact Center, etc.- Working knowledge of applications within UNIX/Linux and Windows platform.- Experience with relational database schema design, stored procedures, triggers, and SQL.



- Knowledge of Service-oriented architecture and interfaces Architecture in banking domain Monitor and help maintain business applications and related infrastructure in a 24x7x365, high-availability environment.

- Monitor Application Performance events and incidents, including exceeded critical thresholds to proactively prevent incidents or to resolve incidents in a timely manner.- Responding to all alerts and monitors that are triggered on production systems.- Identify and escalate issues to the proper individual or team as appropriate.- Conduct routine technical professional services to resolve technical issues and engage appropriate resources. Resolve issues and accept ownership for resolution closure.- Provide 1st /2nd level of application support as per the escalation matrix, responding to problems of an application nature in a 7 day per week, 24 hour per day environment.
