Our client, a reputable retail estate company is currently seeking to recruit an Executive Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job

As an Executive Sales Consultant, using professional sales skills you will convince clients and close investment deals.



Key Responsibilities

• Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in and agree the terms

• Making appointments and touring clients

• Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale

• Finalize the terms of an agreement and close sales

• Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales

• Help to identify new markets and business opportunities

• Complete daily touring reports

• Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using the sales methods

• Conduct yourself in a professional and punctual manner

• Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability

• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
