We have an immediate need for a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to promote Bayt.com's brand and keep it top of mind.



Main responsibilities:



- Conceptualize, develop and execute annual and quarterly business development plans that will drive jobseeker and employer traffic to Bayt.com.

- Establish the Bayt.com brand as the unprecedented leader on recruitment.

- Liaise with potential new partners / affiliates including media houses, ISP's, event organizers, training houses and other strategically "fit" organizations to create partners and affiliates.

- Initiate business development relationships, pro-actively follow through persistently and close deals.

- Conceptualize, manage and plan all relevant events, Exhibitions, Road Shows, Conferences and Trade Shows.

- Maintain exceptional relationships with partners, develop material with continuous day to day follow-up, catering to their needs.

- Provide regular reports / analysis/ recommendations on all aspects of the business.

- Work cross functionally with Technology, Sales and Marketing - turning "consumer needs" to actionable business development proposals.



Personality and strength of character are the key for success in this role. The Business Development Manager must have strong leadership skills with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
