Our Company is looking for Sales / Project Administrator who can join immediately.



Candidate will be reporting to the General Manager.



Position Objective:



1) Exceeds corporate goals through development and implementation of Sales & Marketing plans

2) Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager and the Project Team



The Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to :



1. Ensures project related correspondence and document submittals.

2. Acts as the central point of control for all project document flow, coordinating with Project Sites as necessary.

3. Coordinates with Project Secretaries on site for Daily Work Programs to be sent shared with Project Manager / Client.

4. Coordinates with Project Manager for monthly progress reports.

5. Handles registration of all tender/ project documents and communications.

6. Prepares and maintains a filing system of the Project Initiation Report, Conceptual Designs and Project Completion Report.

7. Submits the Project Completion Report to the Head of Operations for his review

8. Receives the Technical Specifications and BOQ from the Quality Assurance Engineer, and archives them.

9. Updates and maintains the Notice of Intent (NOI) status and response.

10. Provides documents to Operations Heads as needed without delay.

11. Submits and coordinates required documents to the Client.

12. Handles the archiving and filing of the drawings and documents copy of transmittal of drawing, list of materials, updated cost estimate and client approval

14. Develops and implements strategic Marketing Plan to achieve goals.

15. Reviews and evaluates proposals and pricing strategy

16. Prepare, Review, Study and Discuss Feasibility Reports with General Manager.

17. Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
