• Ensure that the Organization’s activities are in compliance with procedures, laws and other governmental requirements

• Responsible and accountable for providing legal services and solutions to support, enhance and protect the value of the company’s activities both locally and internationally

• Draft and review contracts, policies, forms and procedures for the entire company

• Issue legal guidelines within the organization

• Monitor developments in legislative and regulatory environment

• Appoint / Recommend specialized legal consultants on specific matters, where appropriate, to ensure best advice / counsel to the organization

• Coordinate with law firms / external legal consultants in resolving any legal disputes and ensure the protection of the Organization rights

• Instructing and managing external legal consultants to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of legal advice in a timely and cost effective manner

• Identifying, managing and mitigating key risks and liabilities within the company

• Revision, verification and clearance of corporate contracts such as employment contracts, leases, services and procurement, construction and projects both domestically and internationally

• Investigation of all in-house violations such as embezzlement, forgery, fraud and theft, draft required reports thereon and recommend appropriate legal and disciplinary actions on each case
