1. Roles & Responsibilities:



The multi-disciplinary role would facilitate the execution and delivery of the Corporate Strategy. The role comprises of primary and secondary responsibilities that span across the following functional domains.



i. Project Management (Primary Responsibilities)

 Develop project charters with the project owners and document the scope, deliverables, schedule, milestones, and resource requirements.

 Manage implementation of project lifecycle ensuring deliverables meet expectation of time, cost & quality.

 Manage and maintain registers for Project Risks, Issues and Changes.

 Administer the execution of ongoing projects by managing the overall plan and providing periodic progress updates and highlighting key concerns, issues and risks.

 Manage project resources - assembling project teams and coordinating project activities including with the vendor resources as required.

 Ensure project specific documentation is in place.

 Facilitate selection of vendors and monitor contract compliance as required.



ii. Business Alignment with Strategy (Secondary Responsibilities)

 Contribute in development of yearly Business Plans in line with the approved long-term Corporate Strategy.

 Contribute in prioritization & selection of business initiatives to be pursued by the Bank.

 Work with various Groups/Functions in the Bank as a partner to understand their Business Plans and translating them into Programs and Projects for execution and delivery.



iii. Strategic Performance Management (Secondary Responsibilities)

 Contribute and participate in the development of a Strategic Performance Management system.

 Collation of Business Performance information including goals, KPIs, and targets and preparing performance variance reports on periodic basis.
