• The prime responsibility is to ensure that the set standards are meeting perfectly on the construction site constantly.

• It will be needed to verify the qualifications of the workers and provide them proper training if necessary.

• He needs to provide direction to all contractors and supervise them when needed.

• It will be needed to work on the designs as well needs to plan, coordinate, recommend and implement the construction designs.

• He needs to do the planning as well as to formulate the construction as well as maintenance plan.

• He has to maintain the coordination with the supervisors in the construction site in order to determine the working priorities.

• It will be needed to negotiate with contracting companies to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time

• Evaluate staff effectiveness in all areas.

• Develop staff duty schedule.

• Keep necessary records and inventories.

• If temporarily absent from site, designate a staff member as temporary supervisor for length of absence.
