Business Development Executive work within multiple clients, acting as a link between clients and the company. They are responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.

They must understand their clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns or projects, often on a daily basis. They manage administrative and campaign work and ensure that advertising projects are completed on time with 100% quality

The role can involve handling multiple accounts and the hours can be long in a competitive environment.

In this specific role executives will report to Director Sales/Business Development Manager.

• Detail Analysis and Research of clients and markets needs

• Generating new business

• Present the company profile to the customer

• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements

• Act as an account manager for your clients

• Working with internal colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget

• Briefing internal staffs, such as creative teams and production departments on customer requirements

• Working with internal teams to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of executing strategies

• Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively

• Monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports

• Compiling budgets and costing supplies and projects handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients

• Support accounts team in invoicing and other financial follow up.

• Detailed status reporting on weekly and monthly basis

• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, in effect acting as a program manager for the all client project.
