Establish, operate and optimize logistic processes for regional logistics center and product return cycles
Build strong relationships with overseas factory counterparts and suppliers
Ensure Key Performance Indicators of revenue and profit targets are met
Annual budgeting and forecasting for regional logistics center
Prepare periodic management reports for review
Manage and lead subordinates, effectively, ethically and professionally
Drive continuous and permanent customer satisfaction to ensure high level of service delivery
Implementation of legal requirements and customs regulations for logistic processes
Establish sales campaigns and strategies to ensure continuous revenue growth and apply TQM and CRM principles.
