Provide technical leadership to our paint quality and paint application operations and the In-House Blending (IHB) department. Also responsible for assessing paint equipment and vendor performance. Frequent paint and equipment vendor contact. Directly supervise in-house paint blending staff. Lead, facilitate, train and mentor team members in all aspects of performance.
