Our client, a reputable Telecommunications Company is currently recruiting for CVM (Customer Value Management )Post Paid Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Insights & CVM. This position will be based in Doha, Qatar
Role purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Insights & Customer Value Management, the role of Customer Value Manager will be responsible for developing & implementing the postpaid retention strategy & mechanisms, having the accountability of the budgeted P&L benefit
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Leads the strategy development & executes all supporting activities that will deliver the postpaid retention revenue targets
• Analyses behaviour & actions in selected milestones of customers' life cycle
• Exploits every opportunity for revenue maximization
• Works closely with Marketing Campaign Management, Insights, Propositions teams.
• Reports postpaid retention performance on a weekly & monthly basis against budget & initiates corrective actions when needed.
