Objective:

Proactively control and process Company computer systems such as designs & program specifications, maintain applications software and support activities.



Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provides system designs and program specifications, Carry out in other IT analysis assignments including preparation of the feasibility studies.

• Provides technical and analytically support to users. Identifies requirements for addition and enhancement

• Provides assistance in the maintenance and support needed for production systems. Design and specifies screen layouts, output formats, manual procedures and forms, data transfer, interfaces, audit trail and user security

• Ensures data access and control procedures are adequately provided. Utilizes all tools for carrying out system analysis and design

• Assists in production of formal system design specifications and provide guidance to new employed programmers and colleges during software development

• Carries out developing, testing, documenting and maintaining application software and support activities.

• Participates in the designing of application system in close involvement with the users and other software engineers.

• Based upon procedures specifications from application development supervisor prepares detailed program specifications.

• Assists in designing computer programs and working files in accordance with program specifications using standard techniques and routines as per Information Services Department standards.

• Provides assistance to computer operators on tackling program problems. Prepares program revisions to incorporate any corrections, system changes and improvements.

• Liaison with other department managers for day-to-day activities.

• To process any additional assignment given by the management.

• To comply with ISO 9001standards (QMS) guide lines
