Reporting to: Field Sales Manager or Country Sales Manager

Supervising: Sales Representative, Sales Engineers, Acount Managers

Liaising with: Marketing/Accounting/Distributors/Customer Services, and Customers

Basic Responsibilities

Execute the sales and collection processes for specific customers as per company sales strategy. Responsible for seeking market opportunities and potential customers.

Main Tasks

• Implement the decisions and policies of the sales administration.

• Report the priorities and plans of action according to the area needs of FSM or CSM.

• Give a clear picture of the market situation concerning sales issues as well as handle out all the requested reports in time & report all customer complaints to superiors.

• Present suggestions for FSM or CSM and ask for guidance to plan for the area growth.

• Prepare and report to superiors the monthly project achievements, competition activities, sales and collection versus target, problems upon occurrence and suggest solutions.

• Prepare at the end of each quarter the sales incentive of his/her team

• Assist, motivate, and coach the team to achieve company targets and maintain excellent communication with other departments and distributors.

• Implement company contracts and Plano gram of shelf visibility.

• Balance a logical number of customers / call cycle in a specific area to be spread with equivalent effort among the sales representatives.

• Randomly check customers approval of their corresponding customer account reconciliation

KPI’s

• Sales, collection, and growth Vs forecast.

• Customer coverage

• Sales by line by Product Vs target.
