Our client, a renowned financial institution is currently recruiting for a Relationship Manager



Organisation Unit Purpose

To enhance the Corporate Banking Portfolio of both Assets and Liabilities and to maximize the net income (agreed target) to bring more potential relationships and mobilize efforts for cross sell and strengthen relationships with new/existing customers in an efficient manner. The position is target driven and job holder is expected to meet the same well up to the entire satisfaction of the management



Job Purpose

A core professional Relationship role responsible for developing large to medium customer relationships, providing advice/solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs. Work needs to be to a high standard and fully compliant. Role holder may manage a small team mainly providing services relating to relationship management



Main Task

• Regularly review the market to identify opportunities in allocated segments and develop proposals for approval

• Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet the policies and customer needs

• Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement

• 100% adherence to policies and procedures. No adverse comments from Audit/Q&A Satisfactory rating

• Provide professional and expert advice on products and services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized
