JOB DESCRIPTION:



The candidate will be primarily responsible for the procurement of goods and services while ensuring that corporate, government and ethical policies are adhered to. This position will provide assistance with the procurement needs for commodities and services required by user departments, including preparation of Quotations, Tenders and Proposals in accordance with the Procurement Policy and current legislation, Develop good relations with internal and external customers, Administer the TCO process, Adhere to company policy and take the initiative of early involvement and Insure win-win status for all project for HW and supplier .



REQUIREMENTS



- Min 5 years Experience Buyer for services and materials are required.

- Telecommunication background preferred

- Experience identifying new products, services and suppliers.

- Ability for assessing tenders from prospective suppliers.

- Experience negotiating favorable terms and prices.

- Ability to agree and prepare both new and existing contracts.

- Experience overseeing logistical operations.

- Organizational skills, ensuring goods and services are delivered to schedule.

- Experience optimizing internal operational processes.



OTHER REQUIREMENTS



- Willing to relocate to Qatar.

- TCO analysis experience.

- Prior experience in Project management.

- Engineering background is an added advantage.



SALARY



- 4000 US$- 5000 US$
