•Receive, review and process timely shipping and delivery documentations from suppliers, forwarders, clearing agents and insurance companies



•Follow up, internally, with the local logistics teams and the Commercial department on internal

shipments and, externally, with forwarders, clearing agents, insurance brokers and suppliers on all issues related to external shipments



•Receive/follow up on execution of item requests to ensure they are properly shipped, cleared, insured and distributed in accordance to set business requirements



•Set up and keep up-to-date a database of local, national and international forwarders and suppliers ensuring records’ accuracy
