Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Responsible for management of the employees and oversight of operations including warehouse, transportation, and receiving, inventory control, and inventory replenishment (purchasing coordinators).

- Work closely with operations, purchase, planning, production, and quality to ensure the unit runs effectively while following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.- Ensure materials arrive on time and finished product leaves on time to enable customer service levels to be maintained.- Responsible for end of month inventory management- Ensure stock is accurate for raw materials, all ingredients, packaging and other stock - Ensure technical specifications are adhered to at all times-Negotiating with the clients, assessing its requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered

- Ensuring the successful process of food processing functions as well as work cost management, food cost control and grounding, operation, transportation, arrangement, and cleanup of all events.

- Creating reports and operating statements, operational budgets, review of the receivables and collection, and daily monthly reports

- Responsible for budgeting and maintaining financial targets and must strictly observe health and safety regulations

- Preserving supply levels and place orders when new supplies are required

- Negotiating with customers, reviewing requirements, and guaranteeing that they are pleased with the services carried out by the staff.

- Responsible for planning the menus for an occasion by consulting with chefs In charge of promotions and planning new initiatives.

- He must develop promotions and media marketing to lure new and repeat bookings.
