Our client, one of the world’s largest restaurant companies is currently recruiting for a Finance Coordinator

This is a 3 to 4 month contract position with a possibility of an extension.



This role will see the candidate working more on the Finance side and less on the Supply Chain. Duties and Responsibilities



Finance

• Process Weekly Sales every Wednesday

• Data analysing, data research and presentation.

• Support Commercial & Planning Manager for any Finance/Sales related tasks.



Supply Chain

• NPD and Core Categories Support - Coordinating & ensuring a flawless execution of the window and development of core categories.

• Request for and clearance of samples

• Liaise between Franchisees & Suppliers on order status (ETD & ETAs) and any issues flagged by franchisees

• Collection of SCM Fees from PH suppliers on a monthly basis and follow up of outstanding fees.

• Prepare Monthly SCM Income accrual

• Maintain the SCM Database

• Agreements - Ensure that all suppliers being developed have complete CA, TDA and SCM Fee agreement.

• Update the Contract Tracking list for any fully executed agreements received and coordinate with KFC SCM (FYI) & QA team to proceed with the Supplier Development.

• Liaise with QA in updating Approved Supplier's list and notify for any gaps.

• Other Administrative functions related to Supply Chain
