Recommend initiatives and improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience during the post sale - pre handover lifecycle.

 Develop quarterly project updates for all work in progress projects so as to keep customer informed regarding construction progress

 Manage all inbound customer communicators via email, fax and or letter. Ensuring that timely replies are issued in line with company holding statements.

 Manage issuance & delivery of all bulk outbound communications to investors as required, including general communicators and legal notices.

 Meet with customers to answer general queries regarding procedures, processes and their investment portfolio.

 Administer Re-sale Transactions for Abu Dhabi Projects.

 Coordinate with the Call Centre to schedule handover appointments for COL.

 Responsible for overseeing prompt and accurate completion of VIP transactions.
