Recommend initiatives and improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience during the post sale - pre handover lifecycle.
Develop quarterly project updates for all work in progress projects so as to keep customer informed regarding construction progress
Manage all inbound customer communicators via email, fax and or letter. Ensuring that timely replies are issued in line with company holding statements.
Manage issuance & delivery of all bulk outbound communications to investors as required, including general communicators and legal notices.
Meet with customers to answer general queries regarding procedures, processes and their investment portfolio.
Administer Re-sale Transactions for Abu Dhabi Projects.
Coordinate with the Call Centre to schedule handover appointments for COL.
Responsible for overseeing prompt and accurate completion of VIP transactions.
