• To act as Division Manager in managing and supervising the purchasing and shipping activities in Commercial Department Marble Division of Hassan Abul group of companies.



• Supervise and monitor the activities of the commercial department in Kuwait.

• Responsible for negotiating best prices of materials from suppliers.

• Implement and develop processes for smooth functioning of commercial department resulting in reduced cost of sourcing materials.

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the staff reporting to the commercial department, provide feedback and lead recruitment, performance management, career management and personnel development for the department based on guidelines from the Management.

• Establish and enforce appropriate policies and procedures in the commercial department for standardization and ease of reporting to the Management.

• Responsible for enhancing of the purchase and shipping budget to the overall financial budget of the company.

• Encourage and regulate internal and external communication and create a collaborative working environment.

• Meet with suppliers; attend trade fairs and exhibitions which would help to source the best materials at the least cost.

• Enhance to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• Any other responsibilities as such assigned by the Management.
