This posting is for the position of BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator, depending on experience.

Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will become an integral member of the Virtual Design and Construction team and report directly to a Sr. BIM Consultant/Manager or Head of VDC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create (author) BIM Models in Bentley AECOsim;

Review the BIM Implementation Plan and advice of any necessary updates or amendments;

Review models uploaded by consultants and contractors and run initial quality checks (both manual and automated);

Conduct clash detection, visual walkthroughs and report findings;

Create realistic views and renders from the model as and when necessary;

Break down models and extract views and information from models;

Link model elements and construction schedules to create construction simulations;

Extract quantities from the model;

Participate, as a member of the ALPIN team, in carrying out specific global and local projects;

Lead presentations as and when necessary;

Manage BIM documentation process as well as project specifications, plans and submittals;
