ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - PRIMARY

• Identify and develop new business through networking, cold-calling, and courtesy and follow-up calls to create strong, rewarding relationships with customers

• Provide phone and walk-in customers with high quality interaction and clear, consistent communication

• Respond to correspondences including letters, memos, emails, and requests and deal with customer queries and complaints

• Understand the customers' diverse, specific needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs

• Perform all duties with expediency and within expected time frames whether stated or implied

• Create arrangements for travel including, but not limited to, tickets, accommodations, and transportation while working in an exceedingly dynamic environment, demanding frequent re-prioritizing and re-arranging of scheduling

• Create packages forindividuals, families, groups and businesses and compute the cost to provide a quote with the best pricing available

• Plan and sell tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various suppliers using information provided

• Follow all procedures in creating travel arrangements for honeymoon packages, including but not limited to, the scheduling of appointments, sending correspondence to all accommodations, providing presentation contents, creating a trip summary, and following up with the customer

• Design one of a kind honeymoon packages that ensure the customer a luxurious and pampered experience. This includes arranging for any complimentary services provided by the destination facilities

• Reserve all activities and sightseeing tours for clientele based on package details

• Contact internal visa section to begin obtaining necessary visas and collect all information required to advise customer regarding visas or passports

• Adhere to management's strategy for all customer and sales transactions

• Plan or assist with planning of honeymooner’s itineraries based on original booking information, design presentations for the itinerary, and schedule appointments with honeymooners for presentation viewing

Role and Responsibilities- Secondary

• Support other staff as required with travel arrangements, bookings, and overall guidance

• Provide recruiting, training and supervision of staff as required

• Prepare promotional materials and displays
