1. Provide front line software support to all Microsoft Dynamics AX end-users.

2. Provide in-house user training on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system. Develop and maintain training materials to train the end-users.

3. Maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics AX and third party software applications, as well as work closely with the Business Owners and Key users to leverage the functionality of Dynamics AX.

4. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and help IT Manager on his day to day works.

5. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

6. Assist in creating software standards and participate in the testing of new software standards.

7. Monitor performance and integrity of desktop systems and, if required, participate in the development and implementation of problem solutions.

8. Participate in ensuring IT standards are adhered to, including standards for data backup, integrity and network security.

9. Makes recommendations to developers and software project managers for enhancements.

10. Logging all IT software problems and resolutions and keeping inventory of software and maintenance records.
