1. Actively approaches customers by greeting them and introducing the product
2. Advising customers by providing information on products
3. Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
4. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
5. Negotiating on delivery/installation and specifications with customers
6. Processes payments by totaling purchases; cash and credit cards
7. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales supervisor, or entering figures into a computer system
8. Recording customer personal details into the system
9. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
10. Apply ‘Passion for Customers’ value at all times
11. Ensuring daily sales targets are consistently and continuously met
12. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets at all times
13. Participating in promotions and exhibitions
14. Informing Sales Supervisor of stock availability and requirements
15. Feeding customer comments and buying trends back to Sales Supervisor
16. Liaising with installers for a seamless customer experience
