- Formulate and implement security, health and safety standards, policies, and procedures and recommend changes to enhance effectiveness of department efforts.

- Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments to enhance security of company assets, customers and staff.

- SOPs for Internal Security Team

- To plan store wise security deployment and make changes to enhance effectiveness of Security Deployment. Also plan security deployment for specific events such as GITEX, New store launches, promotions etc.

- Conduct monthly review meeting with External Security Managers to discuss incidents/resolve issues.

- Implement regular security reviews to ensure incremental improvements in security protocols/processes.

- Review and ensure adequate and effective security and loss prevention tools and techniques are employed across all locations.

- Ensure standardization and factual reporting of all incidents and generation of a monthly Security and Loss Prevention MIS including incidents, equipment malfunctions, absenteeism etc.

- Evaluate new technologies/methodologies to enhance effectiveness of the department.

- Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.

- Issuing security related advisory notices to communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.

- Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as liaising for hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
