To assist in providing excellence service to all KBUs and other Business Support Services departments in terms of developing, monitoring, redesigning and implementing an effective and efficient system. The function of BPE Engineer also includes ensuring the excellence component is embedded within all processes of SHQI and its subsidiaries.

- Assess current needs of the KBU/Department by identifying the processes and analyzing the needs for improvement that will help fulfill business strategy and objectives.

- Conduct brainstorming with relevant department in order to formulate action plans to achieve the desire targets and generate ideas for improvement.

- Assist in establishing a more effective and efficient systems that tremendously increased the customer satisfaction.

- Plan and deliver implementation in consultation with the KBU/Department Heads and BPE Manager, ensuring that boundaries and control are in place to maintain the integrity of the new structure and processes, identify and manage risk, tracking and communicating status of the implemented processes.

- Support in identifying and documenting core business processes within the organization and focus on everything around core business process like roles, responsibilities, time taken for every activity, inputs required and outputs expected.

- Direct, plan, and organize the collection of data of organization structure, accountabilities, and spans of control, coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business cases for redesigning policies and procedures to meet changing business needs, providing options, suggestions, and recommendations.

- Responsible in documenting all company procedures and manual based on the instruction received from the BPE Manager and concerned Managers and as per the ISO 9001 Standard.

- Responsible in ensuring that the manual and procedures are set forth and communicated to all team members.

- Prepare internal audit schedule and conduct internal audit as per the schedule and as per the requirements of the quality management system standards.

- Review internal audit results, generates analysis based on the outcome and identify actions necessary for improvement.

- Follow up closure of all issued Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for internal audit findings.

- Summarize the audit outcome, analyze and follow up actions to correct and prevent.

- Assist the BPE Manager in organizing Management Review Meetings.

- Assist in developing and maintaining the ISO Accreditation Quality Management System.

- Support the BPE Manager in ensuring full compliance on ISO requirements among all sections.

- Work closely with BPE Manager during External Quality units and support in closing all non-conformances found during the audit.
