• Work as a Customer Service Engineer in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for Customers in Arabic Region.• Accept Customer technical problems, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively.• If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt• Share the team in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Application &Software Product line.• Perform periodic update of customer/Network related information• Generate Periodic Business Reports • If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.
