We are currently recruiting for a Data Quality Officer to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on behalf of our client which is a government owned insurance company. This position is a Business Intelligence Role and will be reporting directly under the Manager, Data Governance. This role will is tasked to identify Data Quality Issues, and Systematically Drive the improvement of the Data Quality at the source.



The Data Quality Officer must deliver and contribute to the delivery of intelligence services, i.e. Intelligence Refresh, Analysis, Intelligence Research and Development, Coaching, Performance Intelligence, and Health Economics Intelligence. He or she will actively audit Data Quality of the company data, and carry out the following tasks;



• Profile Data for Inconsistencies

• Apply Various Data Cleansing Techniques or Source Data as far as possible

• Be responsible for the Data Quality Testing Process of Data Model Expansions and Alterations

• Monitor Data to insure it meets the Quality Standards for Reporting and Analysis

• Monitor Adherence to the Data Governance Protocols and Data Security

• Work with the Designated Data Stewards in the Business Units: Address and Discuss Data Quality Issues, Co-Design Proposals for Solutions, Co-Present Proposal’s and facilitate the Decision Process and Support Implementation.



This role will also support the Information Architect or Data Integration Architect, and actively plan and undertake any action that enhances the connection of Intelligence with any of the Business Units of the Company.
