Responsibilities:

• Ensure that proper books of account are maintained and that all the Business transactions are accurately recorded in a timely & appropriate manner.

• Ensure that regular reports and analysis are presented to the Senior Management

• Analysis & study of financial viability of Real Estate projects

• Ensure that accurate & reliable business plans are prepared

• Ensure that the annual business plan & budgets are regularly monitored & actual results are compared to budgets & plans and corrective actions/remedial measures are immediately adopted

• Ensure that annual external audit & all internal audit & consultancy assignments are completed smoothly and as per requisite deadlines.

• Ensure that staff perform to their best of capabilities, are motivated and encouraged to improve and endeavor to excel in their roles.

• Assist employees in their development plans.
