To handle the purchasing of non-nuclear related materials, equipment and services, from initiation to post-award administration for requirements to ensure that those requirements are met in a safe, compliant, timely, and efficient manner to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Power Plant.



Prepare plan, schedule, process and procedure to purchase spare parts, tools, materials, equipment, and services as appropriate and in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the nuclear power plant



Support nuclear supplier qualification as required, update the qualified supplier list



Understand the specifications and scope of work, and ensure all Quality Assurance, HSE, Engineering, and end user requirements are included



Please Note:

Barakah is (near to the town of Ruwais, Western Region) around 3 hours from the city of Abu Dhabi, along with it they have also built a large residential community for their staff calling it the “ENEC Village”.



This consists of individual accommodations for each staff - separate for men and women, Olympic size swimming pool, squash, tennis and basketball courts, an auditorium, huge canteen with 5 star hotel food catering, separate gyms for men and women, 4-5 virtual golf ranges and a social center.



The working days on the Barakah site are from Sunday to Wednesday (with a 3 days long weekend).
